Return Policy

1. In case of any issue or defect in any or all of the pieces of the Multipack/Combo products, you are required to return all the products.
2. All products purchased from Grafiteez.com, are applicable for return. Customers can return their order within 5 days of the order delivery.
3. All returns must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
4. The product amount will be credited back to his/her account, once we have received the products and quality check is done.
5. You have to self-ship your product(s), you are requested to pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped product(s), we recommend you to do it through a reliable local courier service.
6. Note:We do not have a exchange/replacement policy. You can return the product, and money will be refunded to you.

Refund Policy

1. You can ask for a refund against any of your order within 15 days of its date of delivery to our address.
2. All refunds will be credited in account once product is returned in original condition.

4. Courier Charges will not be refunded back to you.
